Where do you ship from and how long does processing take?
All orders are hand-checked and packed with care at our hub in 66 Edgbaston St, Birmingham, GB B4I 5GY. Order processing takes 1-2 working days before dispatch.

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivered in 10-15 working days after dispatch. Ideal for riders who want a balance of speed and value.
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over £50, via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 working days after dispatch. Perfect for families or those planning ahead. (Orders under £50 incur a calculated EMS fee).
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide to fuel cycling passions everywhere! However, delivery to some remote parts of Asia and other isolated regions may not be available. Our checkout system will automatically confirm availability for your specific location.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, local customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping or product prices.
