Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping (ÂŁ12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over ÂŁ50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

We serve riders worldwide, excluding a few remote regions. Please note that international delivery times may vary slightly based on destination.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise: Simple, Secure & Fair

  • Return/Exchange Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Required: Original purchase receipt or order confirmation.

⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Footwear: All cycling shoes and related footwear (due to intimate fit and hygiene considerations).
  • Personalised or Customised Products: Any items specially ordered, engraved, or custom-fitted.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

Analysis Note: Based on our product range, the “Footwear” category is explicitly non-returnable. All other categories (Adult, Kids, Bikes, Clothing for Male/Female) are generally eligible for return unless marked as final sale or customised.

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

1 Initiate Your Request

Contact our friendly Birmingham-based customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please use the email template provided at the bottom of this page to ensure we have all necessary details.

2 Receive Instructions

We will email you a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Do not send anything without this RA number.

3 Pack Your Item

Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and a copy of your order confirmation.

4 Ship Your Return

Send the package to the address we provide using a tracked and insured shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item).

International Returns: Shipping costs and times may vary. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your postage receipt. Refunds are issued in GBP (ÂŁ).

5 Inspection & Processing

Once received at our Birmingham hub, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days). We will then notify you via email regarding the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline & Method

  • Timeline: After we approve your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

Exchange Process

Need a different size, colour, or product? Follow the standard return process above, but clearly state in your initial email that you wish for an exchange and specify the desired item (product code, size, colour).

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the new item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference.
  • If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
