5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items: Footwear, personalised/customised products, and clearance/final sale items (clearly marked) cannot be returned unless faulty.

2. Receive Instructions: We will issue a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and shipping address. Do not send items without an RA number.

5. Inspection & Processing: We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt and notify you via email.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Clearly state your desire for an exchange in your initial email, specifying the desired product details. Exchanges are subject to availability. We cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
